Bradley to Announce His First Training Roster Tuesday Afternoon

Let the Bob Bradley Era begin.

Less than a month after US Soccer President Sunil Gulati anointed him interim manager of the US Men's National Team, Bradley himself will announce his first roster tomorrow at noon live on
ussoccer.com. The first camp under his tutelage will begin shortly after the New Year, on January 4th, in preparation for the Denmark match scheduled for January 20 at the Home Depot Center.

This will be the first non-Bruce Arena assembled squad since 1998, after Arena succeeded Steve Sampson in the wake of the team's disasterous showing during the 1998 World Cup. It not only bears watching as to which of Arena's so-called "favorites" will remain on board for 2007, but also which Revolution players, if any (with the near-certain departure of Clint Dempsey) will be called up to train come January. That being said, Matt Reis and Taylor Twellman appear the most deserved candidates from the home side for a potential callup.
